Precisam de soldar as suas pe\u00e7as, mas \u00e9 dif\u00edcil encontrar soldadores qualificados que possam produzir produtos de alta qualidade &#8211; quanto mais manter esse padr\u00e3o de hora a hora. Atualmente, os avan\u00e7os na soldadura por arco robotizada permitem \u00e0s empresas experimentar a qualidade e a consist\u00eancia de um soldador por arco especializado no seu melhor dia, em cada soldadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em meados dos anos 80, a Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp, EUA (KMM) instalou os seus primeiros robots Kawasaki para soldar os quadros dos seus ve\u00edculos todo-o-terreno (ATV) e dos ve\u00edculos de quatro rodas Mule e Teryx. No entanto, necessitava de soldadura por arco robotizada para manter a sua taxa de produ\u00e7\u00e3o atual e, ao mesmo tempo, fornecer uma estrutura mais repet\u00edvel. Eles tamb\u00e9m precisavam de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o vers\u00e1til que pudesse soldar uma variedade de pe\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para a escassez de m\u00e3o de obra<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante anos, a KMM travou uma batalha dif\u00edcil contra a escassez de m\u00e3o de obra na ind\u00fastria da soldadura. Atualmente, 80% dos processos de soldadura por arco da KMM s\u00e3o automatizados com rob\u00f4s Kawasaki e apenas 20% do trabalho tem de ser feito manualmente. Agora, os soldadores com forma\u00e7\u00e3o podem fazer o trabalho adicional, que inclui a dupla verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho do robot ou o acesso a \u00e1reas de dif\u00edcil acesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Consist\u00eancia e fiabilidade<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Os padr\u00f5es de qualidade dos produtos est\u00e3o sempre a aumentar, e cumpri-los com m\u00e9todos manuais \u00e9 um desafio. A KMM efectua principalmente soldadura tubo-a-tubo, pelo que necessita de rob\u00f4s altamente repet\u00edveis para executar programas sem ter de ver o caminho. Para o efeito, a KMM desenvolveu cinco c\u00e9lulas utilizando rob\u00f4s Kawasaki das s\u00e9ries R e F para soldar diferentes componentes das estruturas dos ATV e dos ve\u00edculos de quatro rodas. Quatro das cinco c\u00e9lulas (Tipo 1, Tipo 2, Tipo 3 e C\u00e9lulas de cavalete ajoelhado) soldam pe\u00e7as de diferentes tamanhos. Depois de conclu\u00eddas, estas pe\u00e7as s\u00e3o introduzidas na c\u00e9lula &#8220;Battle Bot&#8221;, que solda toda a carro\u00e7aria do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A c\u00e9lula Tipo 1 solda pe\u00e7as pequenas, como bra\u00e7os de suspens\u00e3o. A c\u00e9lula Tipo 2 utiliza uma Kawasaki RS010L para soldar pe\u00e7as de tamanho m\u00e9dio, como bancos ou protec\u00e7\u00f5es frontais, \u00e0 medida que rodam numa mesa de soldadura ligada a um dispositivo de troca r\u00e1pida. A seguir, a c\u00e9lula Tipo 3 tem uma \u00e1rea de trabalho de 108&#8242; x 52&#8242;, tornando-a ideal para a soldadura de pe\u00e7as longas. Por \u00faltimo, a KMM desenvolveu a c\u00e9lula de cavalete ajoelhado para soldar grandes estruturas de cabina de 1,5 m por 1,5 m, cuja forma inc\u00f3moda constitu\u00eda um desafio ergon\u00f3mico para os soldadores humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESULTADOS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>80% de toda a soldadura por arco \u00e9 feita pelos robots Kawasaki<\/li><li>As soldaduras manuais s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias apenas para 20% do trabalho<\/li><li>Os soldadores humanos verificam o trabalho dos robots ou soldam \u00e1reas de dif\u00edcil acesso<\/li><li>As inconsist\u00eancias do produto foram eliminadas devido \u00e0 flexibilidade e aos elevados n\u00edveis de repetibilidade dos robots<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao longo de 30 anos de soldadura por arco robotizada, a KMM assistiu a uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dr\u00e1stica da distor\u00e7\u00e3o do chassis e a um aumento da consist\u00eancia.  A depend\u00eancia da empresa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 soldadura manual diminuiu, pelo que pode dedicar mais tempo ao fabrico.
