Ao saber o que se passa no interior do rob\u00f4, pode compreender melhor aquilo de que o rob\u00f4 \u00e9 capaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Liga\u00e7\u00f5es e articula\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os rob\u00f4s e os seres humanos s\u00e3o mais parecidos do que se possa pensar. Os seres humanos e os rob\u00f4s mec\u00e2nicos &#8211; por muito opostos que possam parecer, partilham a mesma estrutura subjacente de liga\u00e7\u00f5es (ossos) e articula\u00e7\u00f5es. As partes que podem dobrar-se e mover-se livremente, como o cotovelo e o ombro, s\u00e3o as articula\u00e7\u00f5es, e os ossos que ligam essas articula\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o equivalentes \u00e0s liga\u00e7\u00f5es de um rob\u00f4. Os rob\u00f4s delta s\u00e3o classificados como uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o paralela, uma vez que as suas articula\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o alinhadas umas ao lado das outras. Os primeiros tr\u00eas eixos levam o pulso para uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica e os tr\u00eas eixos seguintes movem o pulso livremente. A fonte de energia mais comum para alimentar os actuadores \u00e9 a eletricidade, mas tamb\u00e9m pode ser utilizada energia hidr\u00e1ulica e pneum\u00e1tica. Alguns actuadores hidr\u00e1ulicos exclusivos podem gerar grandes quantidades de energia, mantendo a resist\u00eancia ao choque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Engrenagens de redu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uma engrenagem de redu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um dispositivo que aumenta a pot\u00eancia do motor.<\/strong> Um motor por si s\u00f3 \u00e9 limitado na quantidade de pot\u00eancia que pode produzir. Para gerar mais pot\u00eancia, os motores s\u00e3o utilizados em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com uma engrenagem de redu\u00e7\u00e3o. Os codificadores \u00f3pticos gerais obt\u00eam a sua informa\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de um disco ligado ao eixo rotativo do motor. O disco tem fendas a intervalos regulares para permitir a passagem da luz. Voltando \u00e0 bicicleta como exemplo, a corrente que liga a manivela \u00e0 roda traseira \u00e9 a transmiss\u00e3o. Um motor utilizado em rob\u00f4s \u00e9 normalmente colocado perto das articula\u00e7\u00f5es, mas tamb\u00e9m pode ser colocado longe das articula\u00e7\u00f5es, utilizando mecanismos de transmiss\u00e3o como correias e engrenagens. Estes robots t\u00eam pulsos compactos porque um motor pode ser instalado na parte do cotovelo do bra\u00e7o atrav\u00e9s do mecanismo de condu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Possibilidades infinitas com os efeitos finais<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diferentes ferramentas permitem ao ser humano efetuar v\u00e1rias tarefas. No caso dos rob\u00f4s industriais, a troca do dispositivo ligado ao pulso torna um rob\u00f4 altamente vers\u00e1til, permitindo-lhe realizar uma variedade de trabalhos. Este dispositivo \u00e9 designado por &#8220;end effector&#8221;, ou ferramenta de extremidade do bra\u00e7o (EOAT), e existe uma grande variedade no mercado, incluindo pin\u00e7as que levantam objectos, tipos de v\u00e1cuo (suc\u00e7\u00e3o) e ferramentas para processos especializados como a soldadura e a pintura.
