A: Admission is free.

A: Reservations are not required for groups of 15 or fewer.

A: We are closed on Tuesdays (open if it’s a public holiday) and during the New Year holidays. Please note that temporary closures or schedule changes may occur due to exhibition updates, maintenance, or building inspections.

A: There is no age restriction. However, children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Please keep a close eye on your children. We are not responsible for any incidents or accidents.

A: Pets must be kept in a fully enclosed carrier. (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are exempt.)

A: Photography and video recording are allowed. Please be considerate of other visitors. The use of selfie sticks, tripods, and flash photography is not permitted.

A: No parking is available. Please use public transportation.

A: No bicycle parking is available. Tricycles and kick scooters are also not allowed inside the facility.

A: Lockers are not available. Please keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for theft or loss.

A: There are no restrooms for visitors.

A: Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the facility. (Exception: sealed beverage containers such as bottles with caps.)
