Extra large robots up to 1,500kg payload

The M series are extra-large payload general-purpose robots that have been developed by combining Kawasaki’s accumulated technologies and experiences. They can be used to transport heavy objects such as automobile bodies.
They use a unique mechanism to achieve large payload capacities from 350 kg up to 1500 kg while being compact and capable of high precision positioning.

M series

■ Maximum payload of up to 1,500 kg allows for the transfer of heavy workpieces such as large casting products
■ High position repeatability allows for dynamic and accurate tasks
■ Slim body without counterweight achieves a wide range of motion and high rigidity (MG10HL/MG15H)

MXP series

The MX/MXP series has large payload capacities and wide motion ranges in the vertical direction.
Thanks to our original construction, it has high positioning repeatability with a compact arm.
