Kawasaki will take part in Jisso Protec 2024 Exhibition (international exhibition of electronic component mounting technologies). The exhibition is scheduled at Tokyo Big Sight from June 12 through June 14, 2024.
We will showcase an automated inter-process transfer robot system “Tranbo-7” and Kawasaki’s dual-arm collaborative robot “duAro.”

■Automated inter-process part transfer
system TRanbo-7
With a simple configuration that controls the
robot arm and traveling equipment by a
single controller, it is easily to realize part
transfer and picking tasks with minimal layout
changes of the existing production line. In
addition, we will also demonstrate using
“Remolink” which allows remote operation
monitoring and recovery.
■Automated screw tightening of the
board and handling of FPC board
“duAro1” improves work efficiency by
performing different operations
simultaneously with both arms.
In addition, you can see how “duAro2”
handles soft work like FPC boards.
