The Explosion-Proof F Controller is designed for Kawasaki Heavy Industries’ explosion-proof painting robots. Its compact footprint enables high-density installation. By incorporating additional amplifiers, it can control workpiece transfer systems and gear pumps. Compared to the conventional E-series controller, its volume has been reduced by over 50%, and its weight significantly lightened. Furthermore, since the air panel can be mounted directly on top of the controller, installation space can be efficiently utilized.
