interpack 2026
wide range of new solutions
Visit Kawasaki Robotics EMEA in May 2026 at Interpack in Düsseldorf, Germany. Experience a wide range of new solutions for order picking, packaging, and palletizing automation—such as our new CP110L palletizing robot and the CL-series cobots for heavy payloads, and much more (Hall 6, Booth C80)

European premiere: CP110L
The European premiere of our new palletizing robot: The CP110L joins the successful CP series and features a maximum payload of 110 kg—ideal for handling medium-sized pallets, boxes, and more. Its reach of up to 2,505 mm offers maximum flexibility at extremely high operating speeds—it can process more than 2,200 cartons per hour.
Combined with the highly efficient energy recovery feature of our latest generation of F0X controllers, the CP110L significantly reduces energy consumption and operating costs. With its industry-leading compact housing and small footprint, the CP110L is perfectly suited for environments with limited ceiling and floor space—without compromising on speed, range, or movement. At Interpack, the CP110L demonstrates its speed, range, and precision under limited spatial conditions.

Order-Picking Automation with P.A.C. and CSB-System
Together with our partners P.A.C. Robotics and CSB-System, we are showcasing a new automated order-picking solution developed for Germany’s largest food retailer. At the heart of the system is a new robotic picking system (RKS). A Kawasaki RS0013L robot, mounted on a moving axis, retrieves items from source bins—which come from an E2 bin storage system—and distributes them precisely into destination bins, which are then ready for transport. This significantly reduces throughput times, minimizes errors, and keeps the return of partially filled boxes to the warehouse to a minimum. As a result, efficiency is significantly increased and processes are sustainably relieved.
The highlights of the solution:
- Intelligent vision system: Thanks to state-of-the-art camera position detection, the robot calculates the optimal path to the pick point in real time.
- High Speed: In pilot operation, we aim for a picking rate of approximately 10–15 picks per minute.
- Efficient Strategy: The system is designed to minimize the dwell time of the boxes and prepare routes as quickly as possible.

cobot palletizing and food-grade robotics
In spring 2026, Kawasaki Robotics will expand its successful CL cobot series with four new heavy-payload models. Thanks to high repeatability (±0.05 mm), IP66 certification, and speeds of up to 5 m/s, these new heavy-payload cobots are ideal for a wide range of applications. At Interpack 2026, the CL125N will be on display as part of a palletizing application. With a payload capacity of up to 25 kg and a reach of up to 1,800 mm, the CL125N is not only fast and flexible, but also intuitive and easy to use.
The food-grade RF007L robot is based on the best-selling RS007L and is certified by the Fraunhofer IPA, among others, for primary food handling. Chemical resistance and the highest hygiene standards are also ensured by the stainless steel flange and additional synthetic resin seals at the joints, which effectively prevent the ingress of foreign objects.
