COVID-19 Outbreak: Action Plan for Kawasaki Robotics Germany

Neuss, March 20th 2020 – The COVID-19 outbreak has massively changed our public life. While maintaining business operations is important, Kawasaki Robotics Germany is naturally focusing on the safety of our employees, customers and partners in the coming weeks. 

A large part of our staff is already working effectively from home while a core team is on site at our headquarters. Customer visits and other personal appointments are currently reduced to absolutely necessary cases. By telephone and video conferencing, however, we guarantee fast and active communication even in these times – among each other and with our customers and partners throughout Europe.

We are in daily direct contact with our Japanese headquarters to ensure a smooth supply of robots and parts. Our comprehensive stock in Neuss ensures us and our customers additional stability and planning reliability. Our Technical and Service Departments will also provide telephone support as usual:
