See Kawasaki’s NEW RS013N robot as part of a case packing cell built by Allied Technology, which features conveyor tracking and a flexible, mobile platform. By offering a 13 kg payload capacity, a wide working range, small footprint and IP67-classified design, the RS013N sets the industry benchmark for small-to-medium payload robots.
The high-speed, high-performance Kawasaki RS007L robot will be featured in a multi-pattern pick-and-place packing cell with fully integrated vision and area scanner for safe operator interaction. The RS007N/L robots offer the fastest operating speed in their class, a small footprint and vision compatibility, resulting in greater packaging flexibility.
Experience palletizing made easy with Allied Technology’s PicPac Palletizer. This cell uses Kawasaki’s RS020N robot, which offers a payload capacity of 20 kg and a maximum reach of 1,725mm. With features like a double pallet capability, easy-to-use HMI with pre-built pallet recipes, cycle times of 40 cases per minute, and the ability to increase payloads as needed, Kawasaki and Allied Technology cover any palletizing needs.
